The [North] American dream—the lies and expectations of what we should do, be or have in order to be happy, successful and fulfilled—-until I found myself as a new mom under thirty, staring down an early mid-life crisis, and at my proverbial rock bottom. The pressure was all too much for me to hold. I was constantly overwhelmed, burnt out and stressed out from trying to do be and have it all just to prove to myself and everyone else that I was worthy and good enough.
I felt Lost…trapped
I couldn’t understand why I had done everything “right”. I checked all the boxes—I climbed the corporate ladder and had a successful career, I had a house, and a husband and a child — but none of it felt the way I thought it should…I didn’t feel the way I thought I should. I felt like there was something missing—a hole that I couldn’t seem to fill. That’s where it began—the cynicism, the frustration, and then the numbing—until I didn’t like the mother I was becoming, I didn’t recognize the person I was becoming. I thought: “What’s wrong with me"?!” Truthfully, I started my personal development journey trying to figure out how to “fix” what was wrong with me.
I didn’t realize at the time that what I was feeling was a natural and human response to everything that had happened and was happening to me.
It started with a shift in mindset and habits
I stumbled upon the power of mindset (an interesting story about what I believe to have been divine intervention which you’ll find [here]) and the moment I read that book, suddenly my eyes were open to all the ways I had been limiting myself in my life. I could see the internal glass ceiling that my life experiences had created—how the labels and limits that others had placed on me and that I had reinforced for all these years, they were what was keeping me stuck! And I KNEW this is where I needed to start making change in my life. Throughout my journey I’ve become a a mindset magician, committed to showing myself and others what’s possible with healing, empowerment, unwavering belief and aligned action.

I believe that true healing is more than simply bouncing back—it’s about bouncing forward. It’s cultivating resilience and post-traumatic growth. Learning about the concept of Flourishing and focusing on the Positive Psychology Pillar:Positive Emotions & Well-Being
Clients will begin to cultivate emotional well-being by identifying what gives the energy, joy, gratitude, and hope. Recognizing and embracing positive emotions sets the stage for future growth and healing.

Goal: This process is what I would really call composting (taking the scraps—or in some cases garbage that life has given you and turning it into the fuel for your growth). This process is about learning to embrace your shadow (unacknowledged or suppressed parts), and integrating healing techniques and positive psychology tools.

Key Focus: You will begin exploring how their shadow parts (fear, guilt, shame) prevent them from experiencing full engagement in their lives and exploring the cultivation of authentic self love and focus on shifting from a fixed to a growth mindset, and from avoidance to engagement, helping you feel more authentically connected to your inner power.
